Each teacher at Glenside is eligible to receive up to a $100 grant to help him or her purchase classroom supplies, curriculum, educational materials, etc. To claim your grant, please complete and submit the following form by October 13 , 2017. **Teachers may opt to pool their grants together in order to make larger purchases. Pooled grant forms should have the signature of all teachers making the proposal.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you will provide the PTO receipts documenting how the grant money was spent. If you don’t provide receipts, the PTO may decline to issue you a grant next year.
