Kindergarten
Lesson 1
- Students will learn the rules of the library classroom
- Students will pick their first book.
Lesson 2
- Students will practice the rules of the library classroom
- Students will listen to the story "Mr. S"
- Students will create a sandwich out of paper to learn the rules of how to use supplies.
Lesson 3
- Students will practice the rules of the library classroom
- Students will listen to the story "Howard B Wigglebottom learns to listen"
- Students will create a bunny craft out of paper to learn the rules of how to use supplies.
Lesson 4
- Students will practice the rules of the library classroom
- Students will listen to the story "Interrupting Chicken"
- Students will create a chicken craft to learn the rules of how to use supplies.
Lesson 5
- Students will practice the rules of the library classroom
- Students will listen to the story "Squirrels Leap Squirrels Sleep"
- Students will create a Squirrel craft and learn to use supplies and put supplies away.

- Students will create a disguise for hoot owl and learn to use supplies and put supplies away.

- Students will create a Bat project and learn to use supples and put supplies away.

1st Grade
Lesson 1
- Students will learn the rules of the library classroom

- Students will create a sort of food and not food items.

- Students will attend the book fair

- Students will learn to identify characters
- Students will listen to the story "Walter's Webs"
- Students will create a web for their spider character.
2nd Grade
Lesson 1
- Students will learn the rules of the library classroom
- Students will pick their first books.
Lesson 2
- Students will learn how to use the sticks in the library.
- Students will complete a worksheet packet and do a stick test to demonstrate their knowledge.
Lesson 3
- Students will learn the parts of the library.
- Students will have access to the whole library.
Lesson 4
- Students will learn how to access google classroom.
- Students will join the second grade library classroom
- Student will learn the rules of computer use in library.
Lesson 5
- Students will learn how to take an AR test.
- Student will learn the rules of computer use in library.
Lesson 6
- Students will learn the 5 w's and their cousin H questions. (Who what where when why and How).
- Student will listen to the story "Barry The Fish"
- Students will then answer questions based off the story.
Lesson 7
- Students will learn the 5 w's and their cousin H questions. (Who what where when why and How).
- Student will listen to the story "Stevie Wonder (little people big dreams)"
- Students will then answer questions based off the story.
Lesson 8
- Students will go to the book fair.
Lesson 9
- Students will learn the 5 w's and their cousin H questions. (Who what where when why and How).
- Student will listen to the story "Thunderboy Jr"
- Students will then answer questions based off the story.
Lesson 10
- Students will learn the 5 w's and their cousin H questions. (Who what where when why and How).
- Student will listen to the story "Powwow Day"
- Students will then answer questions based off the story.
3rd Grade
Lesson 1
- Students will learn the rules of the library classroom
- Students will pick their first book.
Lesson 2
- Students will join the google classroom.
- Students will learn the rules to using computers in library class.
Lesson 3
- Students will listen and join in book talks
- Students will learn about some of the book options in the library
- Students will demonstrate their knowledge of the classroom rules
Lesson 4
- Students will learn the definitions of fiction and nonfiction
- Students will complete several activities to demonstrate their knowledge
Lesson 5
- Students will learn how to take AR tests
- Students will complete an AR test
Lesson 6
- Students will learn about the four parts of the library
- Students will demonstrate their knowledge of the classroom rules
4th Grade
Lesson 1
- Students will learn the rules of the library classroom
- Students will pick their first book.
Lesson 2
- Students will join the google classroom.
- Students will learn the rules to using computers in library class.
Lesson 3
- Students will listen and join in book talks
- Students will learn about some of the book options in the library
